TheFinSense Rights Policy
Image License & Usage Rights
This page explains how images, charts, diagrams, screenshots, and downloadable visual assets published by TheFinSense may be used.
The default rule
Link freely. Reuse only with permission.
Unless a specific asset displays a different license, TheFinSense visuals are not offered under a Creative Commons or other open license. You may link to the original page and use platform-generated social previews. Downloading, reposting, modifying, syndicating, or placing a visual in another publication, presentation, product, dataset, or marketing asset requires prior written permission.
01 · Scope
What this policy covers
This policy applies to visual material published on thefinsense.io, including original charts, data visualizations, diagrams, illustrations, worksheets, and visual layouts. It also applies to AI-assisted or synthetic visual elements that TheFinSense has selected, arranged, edited, labeled, or incorporated into a larger work.
TheFinSense-created visuals
Use is governed by this page unless the asset states another license.
Third-party material
A credited photograph, screenshot, logo, trademark, or other third-party asset remains subject to the rights and terms of its owner.
Open or public-domain material
When an asset carries a separate open license or public-domain notice, follow that notice instead of this default policy.
This policy does not claim ownership of third-party material or of elements that are not eligible for copyright protection under applicable law.
02 · Use Rules
What you may do, and what needs approval
Allowed without a separate license
- View the material and save one private reference copy.
- Link to the original TheFinSense page.
- Share a platform-generated link preview without downloading and re-uploading the image.
- Use an asset under a separately displayed license by following that license.
Written permission required
- Reposting an image or chart on a website, newsletter, social account, report, slide deck, course, book, or app.
- Commercial use, advertising, sponsorship, syndication, resale, or redistribution.
- Cropping, recoloring, translating, editing, removing credits, or changing displayed values.
- Automated collection for a dataset, model training, model evaluation, or other machine-learning use, except where applicable law permits the use without authorization.
03 · Attribution
Credit is required after permission is granted
Attribution does not replace permission. When TheFinSense approves a reuse request, place the credit close to the visual and keep the original article link active.
Preferred credit line
Credit: TheFinSense. Used with permission. Original: [canonical article URL]
04 · Permission Requests
Tell us exactly how the visual will be used
Include the source page URL, the specific asset, the publication or product, expected audience, commercial or noncommercial status, requested edits, distribution channels, and your deadline. Permission applies only to the use approved in writing.
Legal rights and corrections
Nothing on this page limits rights available under applicable law, including fair use or fair dealing. Those exceptions are fact-specific, and you are responsible for determining whether they apply to your use.
To report a mistaken credit, ownership concern, or unauthorized use of your work, send the asset URL and supporting details to [email protected].
